BrevikCCS Presentation at Tekna CO2-conference

"Steady progress and good collaboration"

Strong collaboration and steady progress towards CCS cement milestone

“Steady progress and good collaboration” were among the key takeaways from the joint presentation by Vetle Houg, CEO of Heidelberg Materials Sement Norway, and Erik Langholm, COO at SLB Capturi, during the Tekna CO₂ Conference in Oslo yesterday.

“After nearly four years of continuous construction, we’re now approaching the finish line,” said Houg. “This journey has provided both companies with valuable insights and learnings, and we’ve witnessed significant international interest from other countries and companies. Now, it’s time to bring the world’s first CCS-cement to market.”

The full presentation is available under the downloads section (right-hand side).
